Our Process
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. Full payment will be required 7 days prior to delivery along with an additional $150 refundable damage security deposit. *Custom theme costs are required upfront, are non-refundable and will be determined based on level of customization.

We’ll go over all the details to make your event unforgettable.
Set-Up
We will arrive on the day of your event to set up and create your special party space. Arrival time will be predetermined in our planning session.
